Apartment visitor parking permit has too much revealing information to anyone. Help get this revised. (at 2201 Montopolis Dr. Austin 78741. ** Towne Vista Apartments).

Please have them remove apartment # and use random numbers that do not correspond to anyone’s apartment for our security. Some of us are victims of domestic violence.

You should send a letter (by certified mail, return receipt requested) to the manager, explaining your concerns about the visitor parking permits. Suggest how management could improve their practices (for example, using random numbers on the permits). Keep a copy of the letter for yourself and ask management to respond to your letter in writing within 7-10 days.
